Today I am going to share with you a perfect evening snack recipe, Cheesy Chicken Balls. This recipe is very simple and easy to cook. Let's see how to make it.
How to make Cheesy Chicken Balls
For potato mixture
- 200 gm parboiled boneless chicken
- 1 potato parboiled
- 1/2 cup corn kernels parboiled
- 1 tsp crushed red chilies
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper as needed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For Frying
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Oil as needed for frying
Method of preparation
- I have already parboiled the chicken, potatoes, and corn kernels and kept ready for the dish.
- Now take a mixing bowl and add boiled potatoes and corn kernels mash them together.
- Now add the cooked and shredded chicken.
- Now add mixed herbs, crushed chilies, cornflour, pepper, salt as needed.
- Mix all together and keep it aside.
- Now make small of it and add shredded mozzarella in the center portion.
- Do the same with the rest of the mixture and keep the cheese balls ready to fry.
- Dip the cheese balls in egg mixture then dip in bread crumbs and keep it aside.
- Do the same with the rest of the cheese balls.
- Now let's fry it, for that heat the oil.
- Once the oil gets heat then add the prepared cheese balls and fry them until golden brown color.
- Tasty and Cheesy Chicken Balls are ready to serve it hot with some Ranch sauce or ketchup.
