How to make Chicken Cutlet



















Ingredients


  • 200gm minced chicken
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 garlic pods finely chopped
  • 1 tsp grated ginger 
  • 1 carrot grated 
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp all purpose flour + 3 Tsp 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp bread crumbs + 3tbs
  • 1 tsp garam Masala 
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt as needed
  • 5 tsp oil + 1 Tsp

Method of preparation 


  • Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil, cumin seeds, grated ginger, chopped garlic cook until the raw smell goes.
  • Now add chopped onions and cook for 2 min. Now add carrot and saute for 5 min. Switch off the flame and keep it aside for cool.
  • Take a mixing bowl add sautéed onions and carrot, minced chicken, mashed potatoes, 1 tap bread crumbs, 1 tsp all purpose-flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
                                                                                                   
  • Take 3 plates in 1st plate add all-purpose flour, 2nd plate add whisked eggs, 3rd plate add breadcrumbs.
  • Now make a round shape of the cutlet mixture and first dip it in all-purpose flour then egg wash it and then dip it in bread crumbs and keep it aside. Continue until all done.
  • Now heat a pan add oil and pan fry the patties. 
  • Fry it until golden colour.

Tasty and easy chicken cutlet is ready now enjoy with ketchup.
