How to make Chicken Nuggets With Parmesan Sauce


Ingredients

For Chicken Poppers

  • 200gm boneless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 ½ cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • oil for deep fry.

For Parmesan sauce

  • 1 cup cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives

Method of preparation

  • Add the chicken pieces into a medium bowl and add the fresh garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Marinate the chicken and keep aside.
  • Add flour to a large plate. Add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, chilli powder, salt and pepper and garlic powder to the bowl and mix well.
  • Place the chicken pieces on the plate with the flour and shake to coat the chicken pieces well. Place the flour-coated chicken pieces into a medium-size bowl and add buttermilk over them. Mix in the buttermilk gently into the chicken using your hands.
  • Take the coated chicken pieces and add them to the plate with the breadcrumbs mixture and shake to coat the pieces well.
  • Now deep fry coated chicken pieces until golden brown colour. 
  • To make the dipping sauce, take a blender add cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and chives. Grind until smooth.
Tasty and Crispy Chicken Nuggets with Parmesan sauce is ready now.
