How to make Parsi Mutton Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gm minced Mutton
- 1 boiled potato ( mashed)
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt as needed
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation
- Take a bowl to add mint, coriander leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, Garam Masala, mashed potato, minced mutton, salt and mix well.
- Now make a round sized patty shape and keep aside.
- Now dip in bread crumbs and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Now heat and add oil, now egg wash this patty and fry it.
- Fry it until golden brown colour and serve it with ketchup or any chutney.
