How to make Chicken Salad
Ingredients
For Salad
- 2 - 3 cups of coarsely chopped cooked chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 4 green olives
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 head of iceberg head lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
For Salad Dressing
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper as needed
Method Of Preparation
- Add all the ingredients listed on the salad in a mixing bowl and toss well.
- Take another mixing bowl and add the salad dressing ingredients give a nice mix and keep aside.
- Gently stir the dressing in with the chicken salad ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper as needed.
