Hello foodies,
Today am gonna show a simple and healthy chicken salad. so you can make any this salad with any leftover meat \ chicken. Else you can cook some boneless chicken pieces in salted water for this salad. let's see how to make it.

How to make Chicken Salad

Ingredients

For Salad

  • 2 - 3 cups of coarsely chopped cooked chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 4  green olives
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 head of iceberg head lettuce, chopped 
  • 1/2 green bell pepper  chopped

For Salad Dressing

  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Method Of Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients listed on the salad in a mixing bowl and toss well.
  • Take another mixing bowl and add the salad dressing ingredients give a nice mix and keep aside.
  • Gently stir the dressing in with the chicken salad ingredients.
  • Add salt and pepper as needed.

Tasty and healthy Chicken Salad is ready now.
