How to make Chicken Galouti Kabab 



Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken keema
  • 2 tbsp raw papaya paste
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp chana gram powder 
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp mace powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp  Oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation


  • Marinate the chicken keema with the raw papaya paste, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, mace powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chana powder, cardamom powder, salt and grind them together. keep the keema mix in the fridge for one hour.

  • After one hour take the keema mix out from the fridge and make medium sized kabab and keep aside.
  • Now heat a skillet or grill pan brush some oil and add the kababs and cook until both sides become golden brown colour.
  • Make sure that kabab should be cooked in medium flame only. Then only chicken cooks well.
  • Once the kababs are done transfer it in a serving plate and serve with mint chutney.


Tasty Chicken Galouti Kabab is ready.
