Today am here to show one of my favourite sweet recipe which is Rasgulla. Let's see how to make it.

How to make Rasgulla

Ingredients


For paneer

  • 1 Ltr  full cream milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

For sugar syrup

  • 1 1/2cup sugar
  • 3 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp Rosewater ( optional)

Method of preparation

  • Take a thick bottom pan add milk and let it boil. 
  • When milk starts to boil add lemon juice and stir it. The milk starts to curdle.

  • Immediately drain it in a kerchief and wash the paneer with water else you 'll get that lemon taste.
  • Now drain the water and hang the kerchief so that if there is any excess water it will be drained off.
  • Now our paneer is ready to transfer it to a bowl and starts to knead it. Knead it until it gets smooth.
                                       

 
  • And now make small balls of it and keep aside.
  • Now let's make the sugar syrup for that heat a big vessel add water and sugar.
  • If you want you can add rose water also and let boil for 10 min.
  • After 10 min adds the paneer balls one by one and cover cook for 15 min.
  • Now the paneer ball becomes double the size.

  • Keep aside and let it cool and store it in the fridge.
  • Garnish with some saffron threads.

Tasty Rasgulla is ready now.
