Today I  am here to share you another spicy and easy Prawn recipe.  Prawn Pepper Fry 🌶 Recipe. This prawn fry is made with some homemade pepper masala powder and it's very spicy and delicious. Let's see how to make it.

How to make Prawn Pepper Fry Recipe 


Ingredients 

  • Prawn 500 gm
  • Peppercorns 3 tbsp 
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Jeera seeds 1 tbsp
  • 2 Onions 🌰 finely chopped
  • A handful of curry leaves
  • 3 dry red chili 🌶 
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp 
  • gingelly oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt as needed 
  • 1/2 cup water 

Method of preparation 

  •  Let's start with cleaning the prawns for that, take a bowl add the cleaned prawns and add some turmeric powder mix and keep it aside.
  •  Heat a pan add Peppercorns, Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and dry roast it.
  • Now transfer this to a blender and make a fine powder of it.



  • Heat another pan add oil, Mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chili, and chopped onions.
  • Saute it for 10 to 15 minutes. 


  • Now the onions are cooked well so add Prawns and the powdered pepper masala and mix well.
  • At this stage add salt as much as needed and mix well.
  • Now add 1 /2 cup water and cover cook for 15 minutes. 
  • Now the prawns are cooked well. 




  • Cook without lid for 10 more minutes So that our prawns with get roasted.
  • Now garnish with more curry leaves. 
  • Spicy Prawn Pepper Fry is ready. Serve it hot 🔥 with Rice, Roti.
