Today I am here to share you another spicy and easy Prawn recipe. Prawn Pepper Fry 🌶 Recipe. This prawn fry is made with some homemade pepper masala powder and it's very spicy and delicious. Let's see how to make it.
How to make Prawn Pepper Fry Recipe
- Prawn 500 gm
- Peppercorns 3 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Jeera seeds 1 tbsp
- 2 Onions 🌰 finely chopped
- A handful of curry leaves
- 3 dry red chili 🌶
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- gingelly oil 3 tbsp
- Salt as needed
- 1/2 cup water
Method of preparation
- Let's start with cleaning the prawns for that, take a bowl add the cleaned prawns and add some turmeric powder mix and keep it aside.
- Heat a pan add Peppercorns, Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and dry roast it.
- Now transfer this to a blender and make a fine powder of it.
- Heat another pan add oil, Mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chili, and chopped onions.
- Saute it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now the onions are cooked well so add Prawns and the powdered pepper masala and mix well.
- At this stage add salt as much as needed and mix well.
- Now add 1 /2 cup water and cover cook for 15 minutes.
- Now the prawns are cooked well.
- Cook without lid for 10 more minutes So that our prawns with get roasted.
- Now garnish with more curry leaves.
- Spicy Prawn Pepper Fry is ready. Serve it hot 🔥 with Rice, Roti.
