Ingredients
- Mint leaves 1 cup
- Coconut 1/4 cup
- Fried gram 2 tsp
- Jerra 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves
- 2 Red chilli
- 1 Green chilli
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Add mint leaves, coconut, ginger, fried gram, green chilli in blender and make a fine paste of it
- Take a pan add oil , curry leaves, red chilli, Jeera
- Now add this thadka to chutney and mix it adding some salt
Tasty mint chutney is ready you can have this recipe with idly, dosa.
