Mint is a calming and soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years to aid with upset stomach or indigestion.Mint has one of the highest antioxidant capacities of any food


Ingredients

  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Coconut 1/4 cup
  • Fried gram 2 tsp
  • Jerra 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 Red chilli 
  • 1 Green chilli
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt as required


Instructions

  • Add mint leaves, coconut, ginger, fried gram, green chilli in blender and make a fine paste of it 
  • Take a pan add oil , curry leaves, red chilli, Jeera 
  • Now add this thadka to chutney and mix it adding some salt


Tasty mint chutney is ready you can have this recipe with idly, dosa.
