Today I am here to share with you a very simple and healthy salad 🥗 recipe. Chicken Ceaser salad is made with fresh croutons and parmesan cheese 🧀. Let's see how to make it.
How to make Grilled Chicken Ceaser Salad
Ingredients
For chicken
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2teaspoon black pepper
- Salt as needed
for salad
- 8 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 3 cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup croutons
For dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 medium lemon zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method of preparation
- Let's start by cleaning the chicken piece, I have used 1 chicken breast.
- Now add paprika powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix all together and add 2 tbsp olive oil and grill the marinated chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Now you can see our chicken grilled pretty well.
- Now take a mixing bowl and add all ingredients listed below the for salad dressing. Mix and keep it aside.
- Now take a salad bowl add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, croutons and then add the prepared salad dressing and mix well.
- Now serve the prepared salad with the grilled chicken.
- Tasty and very healthy Grilled Chicken Ceaser Salad is ready.
