How to make Pori Urundai Recipe
Ingredients
- Pori/Puffed rice 3cups
- Jaggery 1/2 cup
- Water 1/4 cup
- cardamom powder a pinch
- Ghee 1 tsp
Method of preparation
- Take a pan add jaggery and water in it and heat it up to dessolve it.
- Now filter the jaggery syrup and again heat it up till it become thick consistancy.
- Now you can check it easily by this method take glass of water pour a drop of syrup if it doesn't dissolve then syrup is in correct consistancy.
- Now add cardamom powder in it and mix well.keep it aside.
- Take a mixing bowl add the syrup and puffed rice in it mix well.
- Syrup should be little hot .
- Grease your hand with ghee and roll it in a ball shape
- Store it in a airtight container
Tasty Pori Urundai is ready now.
