How to make Cauliflower Manchurian Recipe
Ingredients
- Cauliflower 500gm (blanched)
- 1 tsp maida flour
- 1/2 tsp cornflour
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Oil for deep fry
For Manchurian gravy
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
- 2 garlic pods finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp ginger and green chilli paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp cornflour starch
- Pinch sugar
- Salt as needed
- Oil for cooking
Method of preparation
- Take a mixing bowl add maida, cornflour, pinch pepper and salt, 1/2 tsp soy sauce and 1/2 cup water mix together and make a thick paste of it.
- Now take blanched cauliflower and dip in the paste and deep fry it. Keep it aside.
- Heat another pan add 2 tsp vegetable oil, ginger and green chilli paste.
- Now add chopped garlic, onions, capsicum saute well for 5 min.
- Now add soy sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce and give a mix to it.
- Now add salt and pepper and 1 tsp cornstarch.

- Now you'll get semi gravy look. At this stage add a pinch of sugar and fried cauliflower and give a nice mix and simmer it for 5 min.
- Now transfer it to a plate and garnish with spring onions.
