Today i am going to show you another chicken recipe chicken tikka masala. lets see how to make it.
How to make Chicken Tikka Masala
For chicken tikka
For marination
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt as needed
For grill
- Oil as needed
- Skewers 5 nos
For masala gravy
- 2 big onions chopped finely
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel powder
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
Method of preparation
- Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients above for marination and add chicken and mix well.
- Keep in refrigerator for 2 hrs.
- Preheat your oven in 360 degree.
- Apply oil in skewers and put the chicken pieces one by one . Repeat it until all chicken are done.
- Now grill it in the oven for 20 min in 360 degree.
- If you don't have oven , heat a pan add 1 tap oil and place the skewer in it and fry for 10 min .
- Turn the skewer in between so that all sides with cooked well.

- Take a pan add oil , chopped onions and saute for 5 min.
- Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, fennel powder, salt . saute for2 min.
- Add the tomato puree , 1 cup water and mix well let it cook for 10 min.
- Now add the cream and cook in low flame for 5 min.
- Now add the chicken tikka in to the gravy and mix well.
- Cook for 2 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves ( optional)
Tasty chicken tikka masala is ready now enjoy with hot steamed rice, Naan , Parotta.
